The Nike V-Series of running sneakers from the mid-’80s is set to rise from the grave courtesy of the lightened load on the moon, but they’re not the only classic Nike runners getting the LunarLon upgrade. Of course we’ve already seen the Lunar Air 180, so you already know more or less what to expect from the Nike Air LunarMax+ 90. Featuring a new cage over the AM90’s signature Air bubble frame, the Lunar Max+90 is otherwise most similar to your basic Air Max 90, which makes us wonder if Current or Torch editions will also see the light of day at retail. Seems unlikely, given that Suede&Mesh are reporting the above pictured pair of ‘standard’ LunarMax 90s are just a sample that probably won’t make it to production, so click the jump below to see more and let us know if you’d cop these, were they to release.
