Will Carmelo Anthony end up in New York? It seemed like the seven year veteran scoring forward was headed to New Jersey earlier this summer before a four-way deal was nixed, but either way, before this upcoming season begins, sneakerheads will be contemplating Melo in China. That’s because the Air Jordan Melo M7 pictured above is Anthony’s best China-edition sneaker release yet. With a mostly white design, these call upon the new shade of green known as Classic Jade to hearken back to a rich heritage of Chinese aesthetics, with the jeweled jade green heel featured swirls of white for a touch of authenticity. There’s no word yet on if and when these will make it to stateside retailers, but they’ve popped up early at a place where anyone, anywhere will be able to grab a pair: RMKStore.
