SoCal basketball fans have been supporting Baron Davis since his days as a UCLA Bruin, but it’d be a mistake to dismiss the above claim as hometown hype. Chinese footwear brand Li-Ning continues to expand into the American market and have had some good success in the LA area and anywhere people appreciate affordable performance footwear, with the Li-Ning BD Doom. Davis launched the Doom himself by taking a murked-out ice cream truck to the South Bay Galleria in Redondo Beach where Baron held a meet-n-greet with fans at the Champs Sports. Fans seemed impressed by all the new things Davis and Li-Ning are bringing to the table, and you can see the entire video when you click on the jump below.
