Li-Ning MIX

Li-Ning MIX

20110309225650531 570x380

Li-Ning has made their name here in the States with a combination of savvy marketing and wild aesthetics and this latest model presents the Chinese shoemaker with a chance to nail both.  The Li-Ning MIX is something like Nike Presto and DiamondFLEX technologies combined, but instead of some kind of hybrid trunner, these take the mashup theme even further by allowing you to disassemble the shoe into its constituent bootie, sole and cage components.  Presumably, you could swap out different pairs to make your own unique colorways, though we can’t help but think it’d be dope were they to offer the option to purchase the parts individually.  Click through to see more of the Li-Ning MIX and let us know how you feel about one of the wildest sneaker designs we’ve seen here on Sneaker News, maybe ever.  via Dunk 20113982450577
