Barring injury or an unthinkably severe decline, this will be the year that New York Yankee shortstop Derek Jeter crosses the 3,000 hit milestone. The Yankee Captain is also celebrating another significant occasion with this his 10th year as a member of Jordan Brand. When Jeter takes the field today as part of Major League Baseball’s Opening Day, he’ll join CC Sabathia and Andruw Jones as pinstriped Jumpman-reppers, Jeter the only one of this trio who has his own signature.
