With the upcoming release of the OG Freshwater colorway of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1, the recent release of the Air Max JR, and news of yet another Griffey hybrid in the Air Max Griffey Fury, the Air Griffey Max II has fallen into the shadows just a bit. The Freshwater Griffey Max II is still widely available (not as quick of a sell-out as the Air Griffey Max 1), but perhaps another fresh colorway will help boost its esteem. The Midnight Navy/Chlorine Blue colorway could be likened to the Mariners older uniforms, although a hint of yellow might be needed.
