But then again, sneaker release dates have also become less traditional in recent years, with high profile models sometimes available weeks or months ahead of time. Guys like Wale don’t even have to buy them at a premium either, and the MMG signee has been spotted in the Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘Dark Pine’ as far back as February. That was just after our initial preview in January, so we’ve been waiting for these Dark Pine Foamposites to hit retail for quite a while, and the Friday September 2nd release date is now less than six weeks out.
