The name Converse may not exactly be synonymous with skateboarding for many people, but the One-Star brand has been doing it’s thing on the skate-shoe tip for a minute. The new Converse KA One is a sneaker designed with input from skater Kenny Anderson, who aimed here for a no frills model that can take a beating. The result comes in a suede upper in both the black and grey colorways, with the Converse branding along the side using rich tumbled leather. The inner lining is also built specifically with skaters in mind, featuring thick mesh lining for extra padding.
