Struggling x Supra Skytop II

You’ve gotta stand out to get freelance work in today’s ultra-competitive environment, so what better way to draw attention to your work than registering StrugglingDesigner.co.uk?  That’s exactly what Chris Weston did in 2001, and a decade later he used the space to post up a look at this crisp new Supra Skytop II.  It’s not immediately clear if this is a collaboration or a custom, though if it was indeed the latter we can conclude from the watermark that they were ‘officially’ commissioned.  Also not entirely obvious on this one is whether it’ll ever make it to retail, though even during a year when Supra has out-packed everyone this side of Nike Sportswear, they remain among the crown brand’s best in ’11.  Check them out in greater detail after the jump and let us know if you’ll jump on these if/when they ship to stores.
