Remember when you were a kid and your parents threatened to cancel your birthday or Christmas to get you back in line? Looks like both might happen to LeBron James this year, the latest NBA lockout now threatening the league’s annual TV showcase and King James’ born date soon to follow. Luckily, LeBron can count on at least one tiding of great cheer this holiday season, as the Nike LeBron 9 ‘Christmas’ keeps with the tradition of utilizing the holiday cheer for one of the model’s most vibrant colorways. This time around it’s all-red with green laces just like last year’s, but the lack of speckling on the LeBron 9 edition along with the new pair’s use of a translucent sole has these feeling a different kind of frosty.
