Complex.com’s lists have given us an insight into how celebrities and other noteworthy sneakerheads view the scene and its history, but what happens when you ask a guy known for being among the thriftiest serious hobbyists for his best-of list? Andy Oliver’s Top 25 Sneakers of All Time doesn’t bear any tell-tale signs that this is a guy whose claim to fame is bargain hunting, but you do indeed pick up on the kind of experience and passion that’d lead him to establishing KicksDeals.com.
