It’s a shame there’s not a better alliterative term to describe the frenzy of Nike Huarache releases right now, because while it’s not exactly a ‘hysteria’, there is indeed an intense energy around these releases that has a certain set of sneakerheads all riled up. The Nike Huarache Free Basketball 2012 brings back the early ’90s look of the Air Flight Huarache, but this pair features a grooved Free sole the likes of which have only been approximated by the Zoom Huarache 2K series and the Zoom Kobe 1.
