Today marks the Chinese New Year, the most traditionally significant Chinese holiday. Also caalled the Spring Festival, the Chinese New Year is also signified by the twelve animals representing the Chinese Zodiac, with 2012 falling on ‘Dragon’, symbolizing a number of proud characteristics.
