Why exactly is Eric Koston driving a big white van full of young skaters to a mysterious looking building out in the desert?! From the looks of the place on the inside as well as the ‘NSRL’ labeling you see on Koston’s computer console, it seems like we’re on the inside of the Nike Sport Research Lab, even though the outside shot looks nothing like the picturesque Mia Hamm building. Inside the testing facility is what really matters, where ‘Mr. Control It All’ instructs new SB Rider (and recent Tampa Pro third-place winner) Sean Malto to shred in a pair of the new red/white SB Koston 1’s and warns Justin Brock to get ready because he’s next. We get to see the Nike Eric Koston excel under high-tech testing conditions that measure the kind of variables that’ll make its sequel even better. And speaking of building on Koston’s work, Eric will be tweeting missions over the next short while for skaters to complete and submit to @NikeSB with hashtag #MrControlItAll for a chance to win one fo eight special Koston prize packs starting on March 30th.
