What started as a single espadrille-style Rod Laver from United Arrows last week has blossomed into a full-on pack that continues the ‘B.B.U’ partnership struck between Beauty & Youth, Bedwin (& the Heartbreakers) and UNDFTD last year. Joining that trio is Japan’s mita sneakers who’ve patterned their adidas Originals Rod Laver Vin after the legendary Samba indoor soccer shoe. These strongly resemble the OG Samba, from their black suede uppers to the extended tongue and gum sole, but these keep with the ultra-clean Rod Laver style, simply implying Three Stripes with six perf columns on the side panels. Check these out up close after the jump and let us know if they’re worth importing when the ‘B.B.U’ Rod Laver Vins arrive at select retailers on Saturday, April 28th. Photos: EyesCream
