In case you were uncertain of the release date, the unveiling of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 earlier today should now confirm that June 9th will be the one and only known date to cop either the ‘Pure Platinum’ colorway of the Black/Solar Red. While the Black pair was left out in Nike’s official photo shoot, we do have a crisp viewing of what some might call the ‘flagship’ Air Yeezy colorway, complete with glowing soles. One of the emphasized points of the Air Yeezy 2 is the animal shell upper – most notably the anaconda-skin molded leather upper.
