Custom creator Mache has caught the eye of NFL cornerback Marcus Gilchrist with his fancy one off sneakers, with Marcus being a frequent customer as of late. The latest on-demand pair is this Air Jordan XIII, meant to reflect Gilchrist’s journey from South Carolina to San Diego. His NCAA days are represented on the left sneaker via the logo of his alma mater the Clemson Tigers, with the opposite standing in for the latest phase in his career via the Chargers bolt emblem in the same position. Even more detail oozes through on the toebox, each one hand painted in a riff off the scattered Air Jordan icon style with various miniature graphics telling the athlete’s story. Click through to check out the Air Jordan XIII ‘Draft Days’ customs and let us know if you’re feeling the design.
