Just how much do the OCD habits of otakus and sneakerheads overlap? If you’re looking for parallels between the subcultures you don’t have to go t0o far, with anime lovers turning their noses up at English dubs the same way sneaker folks have a hard time swallowing retro recreations that stray too far from the OG versions.
