Nike Air Flight 89 “London”

The London Olympics are in full swing, and though we’ve already seen a ton of Team USA and otherwise five-ringed releases, there are still a few notable drops on the horizon.  Going in the opposite direction of the timelessly styled Air Jordan ‘Golden Moments’ package is this new ‘London’ Nike Air Flight ’89 that utilizes a palette similar to Nike Basketball’s ‘WBF Fireberry’ designs to get close to the official XXX Olympiad color scheme.  It’s kind of like CMYK on st– well, let’s just say IOC testers would have to get involved and there might be a suspension for performance enhancers like the carbon fiber-ish texture on this pair’s tongue and ankle collar.  Examine those and more details after the jump, then find these London Flight 89s at Nike Sportswear stores like MrRSports.
