Remember those Saturday mornings, when we used to run out of bed, grab a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and park ourselves in front of the TV to watch NBA Inside Stuff? Good times indeed. Nike Basketball is launching something of its own – the Nike Basketball “Inside Access” Series that gives Nike Basketball fans unprecedented insight into design and function of Nike Hoops latest innovation via exclusive content and features. Every first and third Tuesday, Nike will unleash a special feature on a particular shoe, breaking down all the aspects from the earliest stages of development to selection of materials. This is part one of the Series, and what better to kick of Nike Basketball legacy by examining the overall breadth of Hoops history with the earliest Blazer and the latest Hyperdunk? Check out some great classic imagery of this ’82 icon and stay tuned to Sneaker News for all the latest on the Nike Basketball Inside Access Series as the Swoosh takes a look back at their past and how it relates to their current and future footwear design.
