Nike WMNS Air Max 1 VNTG

Following up on several major anniversaries in 2012, Nike Sportswear goes into full-on vintage mode for next year with a bunch of different extra-classic takes on their iconic Air Max runners.  We just learned that the Air Classic BW, Air 180 and Air Max 90 will all join new Nike Air Max 1 VNTG colorways like the one we most recently previewed, and now here’s a look at a couple womens styles too.  With roots in the original Sport Red and Varsity Blue styles from 1987, these WMNS VNTG AM1s add a waxy weathering to the signature color elements, along with base tone skews like a light pink midsole on the reds and beige instead of grey on the blues.  Let us know which OG remix came out better after you’ve seen both below and stick with Sneaker News for the US release date.
