Looks like Tim Tebow will become the second New York Jet who, while not contributing too terribly much on the field in 2012, will parlay his star status into a Nike Training signature sneaker. The Nike Lunar Tebow is a high cut cross-trainer featuring a lockdown ankle strap, LunarLon cushioning and a sword logo that’s something like Tebow’s Shozoku. Slated to hit around the middle of ’13, there are rumblings that the Lunar Tebow might be a GS-only release, like we’ve seen from Paul Pierce sigs in previous years.
