Two offseasons ago, when perhaps the greatest free agency crop hit the town and teased NBA fans with potential future scenarios, Dwyane Wade’s return to Chicago, his hometown, was something that many basketball fans would’ve embraced. His style of play and physique is very much like Jordan’s and considering Wade was a Jordan Brand athlete at the time, it seemed to fit in perfectly. Of course that’s not how it all boiled down, with Wade choosing to stay in Miami while welcoming new teammates LeBron James and Chris Bosh, but Wade still have love for his hometown – as displayed by this Player Exclusive of his Li-Ning Way of Wade. It features the classic Bulls colorway of Black and Red with rap lyrics from Chicago native Kanye West labeled on the inner face of the tongue, and a special graphic of the Chicago Skyline lines the interior of the shoe.
