Allen Iverson and Kobe Bryant – without question the two best players to come out of that revolutionary 1996 Draft Class – started off their careers with shoe deals. Allen, of course, had Reebok, and Kobe started his legacy off with adidas, and although Allen clearly got off the better start (Kobe wasn’t a consistent starter until a few years after his rookie season), the Black Mamba obviously advanced much further than Allen ever has. Even then, Iverson is one of the most respected players of all-time, with his Reebok Answer line being the nice counterpoint to the Jordan and Penny that Nike was pumping out during that era, and now that the Reebok Answer line is indeed making a comeback, it’s time for the Georgetown alumn to experience the renaissance he deserves. We’ve got an exclusive look at the ‘Iridescent Snake’ colorway of the Reebok Answer DMX so take a look and stay tuned for more. Thanks to lpmostore for the photos.
