After the success of the ‘Area 72’ Pack led by the Nike Barkley Posite Max, NSW’s got something else in store near the end of the March – the first-seen ‘Eggplant’ colorway. We already reported a release date for these bad boys some time ago, but we have some additional information for ya; the officially designated colorway is ‘Black/Black’, although the Eggplant finish is likely a Varsity Purple hue like the Air Foam One that dropped in ’09 and again in ’10, and the official box price is $235 (as seen on the box tag). Nike’s official release calendar does list it as $200, but that is subject to change, and again, with fast-rising prices in the Foamposite category and the fact that this is a new model with some added ingredients like Glow and Max Air, $235 is the more likely MSRP. You’ve got roughly four weeks to wait, but if you want ’em now, grab ’em from janbaz0221 on eBay.
