The underrated Nike Air Max 1 EM has surprised us all – even the most strict purists of the hobby who don’t pay any attention to shoes that aren’t in their original state. Engineered Mesh on a classic model from 1987 doesn’t add up to be a sound fit, but the folks at NSW have managed to do a great job in creating the signature silhouette using the intricate weaves of mesh on the upper, and the awesome gradient of orange to yellow to achieve the “Sunrise” effect (some have called it “Sunset”, which is also correct depending on which way you look at it) adds the perfect punch of color. A release date hasn’t been set firmly, but cop now from antique-tb on eBay.
