In the wake of the unfortunate natural disaster that hit Oklahoma in the form of their recent tornadoes, Nike has risen to the occasion with some noteworthy charitable efforts. Nike will donate $1M worth of Nike products to those affected by the storms. On top of that, they’re putting all the profits from the Nike KD V Elite “OKC Home” units sold on Nike.com from the period of May 23 and June 15 towards relief efforts for the state. The story comes in the wake of some personal generosity from Durant himself, who also came through with a $1M donation during Oklahoma’s time of need. Let us know how you feel about their donation in the comments and join us in applauding them for their efforts to give back.
