The winner for the Vans Custom Culture 2013 contest has been announced. Taking home the grand prize of $50,000 was Lakeridge High School from Lake Oswego, OR, whose unique creations won over the celebrity panel of judges in NYC that included Emma Roberts, Whitney Port, and legendary Vans team rider Steve Caballero.
