With the audacious Springblade having just released, adidas now has two novel approaches to cushioning running shoes for 2013. The other is the relatively more established adidas Energy Boost, which utilizes thousands of tiny foam cells to create a unique and extremely comfortable ride. Coming up for July are two new colorways, including the ‘Electricity’ edition we showed you a couple weeks back. Those are joined by a stealthy dark navy and red edition that seems well timed with Independence Day right around the corner, so check out both up close after the jump and be ready when they hit select Three Stripes retailers next month.
