The New Balance “Propaganda Pack” was a set that caught all of us by surprise, showing up as one those few releases to not get any substantial previews ahead of its arrival. Shown here is the New Balance 1600 Elite from the group, a pair whose color scheme is sort of similar to that other red based Elite NB 1600 we saw in 2013.
