Is the sun really setting on Kobe Bryant’s career? If so, we’d say JP Custom Kicks did a pretty good job of foreshadowing that move with this sunny pair of Nike Kobe 8s. Then again, it appears that the aim was to recreate the burnt orange tones of Nike Sportswear’s “Sunset” Air Max pack rather than to make any predictions about the Black Mamba’s career arch. And we’d say that aim is achieved, as the shoes build on a NIKEiD base with a crisp, hand-painted look.
