The adidas Skateboarding Busenitz ADV is something of a special variation on Dennis Busenitz’s first Three Stripes skate shoe. That designation is made explicit on the latest colorway, which replaces the signature star’s name with the word ‘Special’ in gold foil on the sides. It’s reminiscent of the popular handball shoe the Spezial, but that model’s classic lines have yet to express a multicolor configuration like this blue/orange/gold makeup riding a white sole.
