Ty Lawson is currently having a career year as a starting point guard for the Denver Nuggets in the midst of a tight Western Conference playoff race for that final eigtht seed, but fans of Lawson might recall his time donning another team’s powder blue uniforms thanks to his time at Chapel Hill. While the point guard has been known to rock a plethora of Nike LeBrons whether it be iDs or player exclusives (he currently laces up the Nike Zoom Soldier 7) back during his days as a Tar Heel it was only right for him to wear a shoe donning the Jumpman. Today we get a look at a rare Air Jordan 2009 PE featuring an upper drenched in Carolina blue while the tongue gets a special UNC treatment. What do you think of this pair? Stick with us after the click for more images and if you’re truly feeling this player exclusive, grab it today from cbibilchr on eBay.
