It’s time for the New Balance 1600 to prove that it can sustain interest without the help of various sneaker store collaborations. Last year the model had some assistance thanks to the likes of entities like Ronnie Fieg and UBIQ, but this year it’s gotta rest on the power of the inline squad at New Balance as far as we can tell. The latest example of what they can do is this version, which jumps between leather and suede across the mostly muted upper (You can spot some little hints of red and blue tucked into the accents).
