Isiah Thomas saw his fair share of snubs throughout his career. He was left off the Dream Team in 1992 despite his Head Coach leading the team to Barcelona, and controversial foul calls left his Bad Boy Pistons one game short of 3-peating right before the Bulls took control of the Eastern Conference. Luckily, Asics took notice and retrod the Isiah Thomas signature in the Asics Gel Spotlyte not too long ago, and today we get a view of the upcoming collection that pays tribute the Hall of Famer. The three piece set takes the Spotlyte and covers each pair in a reference to a different stage in Isiah’s career, whether it be the burgundy and white nodding at his time as a member of the Indiana Hoosiers, the royal blue and red getting a Pistons treatment, or the surprising addition of an Olympic reference with navy, red and gold hinting at what Thomas could’ve been a part of. Be sure to catch a better look after the click and let us know which pair is your favorite in the comments section.
