New Balance 576s have always been proud of their British heritage, and are often seen donning themes that nod to bits of UK culture. This new pack makes gestures at a couple of important youth movements with the “Mod” and “Punk” pairs, which are both designated on the tongue area. The “Mod” ends up particularly flavorful there via its usage of the Royal Air Force roundel, a symbol commonly associated with the movement in question.
