Converse Aero Jam – White – Black

Earlier in the year we were introduced to a bevy of Converse Aero Jam retros, some of which held that classic Charlotte Hornets aesthetic for Larry Johnson’s original squad (like that black and peacock variety) while others branched out into new and more vibrant territory. The silhouette itself will always be marred in what if’s. Like what if Larry Johnson had stayed healthy enough to continue to carry this retro into glory? The shoe holds all kinds of clues pointing at its early 90s debut from the bulky strap overlay to gradients galore. This particular colorway should appease the subtle-minded as a contrasting white and black keep things simple enough to let the retro basketball model stand on its own.
