Kevin Durant might have only spent a semester or two at the University of Texas to fulfill his one-and-done requirement but he’ll be remembered as a legend on campus for the remainder of his life. That might be because he took home the Naismith College Player of the Year as only a freshman or the yearly installment of Longhorn-themed KD PEs. Here we get a fresh look at two Nike KD 7 “Texas” exclusives, and each carry over a rather familiar look. A silver pair with orange speckled accents hits one pair while the other has a colorway reminiscient of the KD 6 “NYC 66” (note the patent leather strap here for a nice diversion from more traditional materials.) Will we see either of these shoes make it to retailers? We’ll have to wait and see. In the meantime check out a first look after the break.
