The Nike Air Max 1 has seen a number of revamps in recent years, from the lunarlon outsole adding an extra lightweight take on the cushioning side of things, to the upper being revamped thanks to a lighter approach whether it be the JCRD woven aesthetic or the Tape-infused Breathe models. Today we see both approaches in this Air Max 1 Breathe “Volt” Pack, one that is rather obsessed with taking the signature Nike volt hue and demoting it to a simple accent. The more traditional base faces off against the lunar one, but both feature that mesh and tape ‘Breathe’ base in a neutral grey to contrast the bright green. Which pair are you feeling? While these are available at Foot Lockers in Australia right now, we’ll have to wait and see if either arrives stateside in the future.
