Luxury velcro sneakers? That’s what we have here with the upcoming collaboration between United Arrows & Sons and adidas Originals for the Master. Originally from the 1970’s and intended as a model for referees, the Master features a Stan Smith-like design with the addition of three velcro straps. Now Japanese retailer United Arrows & Sons gives the shoe new life, crafting the Master in premium white leather on an off-white vintage sole. Gold branding is applied to the tongue, heel tab and insole, while a debossed “&” logo is visible on each heel. If you like what you see here from United Arrows & Sons and adidas, be on the look out for the Master in January 2015.
