adidas Originals is pushing the Superstar throughout 2015, so be prepared for a ton of collaborative efforts over the classic 80s silhouette that seamlessly combined basketball and hip-hop culture. The latest special edition packs skips out on any celebrity affiliations for this NYC East River Rivalry Pack. We get the thought process behind the four adidas Originals Superstars – take New York City’s two professional basketball squads in the Nets and Knicks and give them each a ‘Home’ and ‘Away’ look. The only problem here is that each team is either already in the cellar of the league or headed there quickly, so you’ll have to be a fan of the colors more so than the team’s play this season in order to grab a pair.
