Jordan Brand announced that they’d be moving away from the Air Jordan 3 for a little while earlier this year. The move made sense given the deviation from OG colorways in recent years and how often retros were brought back, making the shoe lose a little bit of its luster. So while we miss the Cement printed gems, we do understand. Just incase you wanted a twist on the aesthetic though, the Jumpman will be debuting the Jordan CP3.VIII in a traditional “Black/Cement” inspiration in the near future. Because if the AJ3 Vapor Tours can do it, why can’t Chris Paul‘s signature? A grey tongue with red lining is apparent, as is the unique take on a gradient elephant print throughout the midsole. What do you think of the new take on an old classic? Stay tuned for a release date and grab more photos below.
