Releasing this June at Jordan Brand stores is this energetic new take on the Air Jordan V that pairs a classic look of white, black, and grey with punchy accents of Infrared 23 and Light Poison Green. There was some speculation that this release was an homage to the Fresh Prince of Bel Air given the neon tones and the fact that Will was frequently spotted in the Air Jordan V throughout the first season of the show. Two years ago, Jordan Brand released these Jordans as part of a larger collection inspired by the retro graffiti colors, so perhaps there’s another story to these upcoming releases. June 6th is the release date that is penciled in at the moment, so stay tuned for more updates as we near the Summer months.
