Are the Creamsicle KDs Making a Comeback?

Are the Creamsicle KDs Making a Comeback?

Nike Kd 7 Orange Silver Pe

Kevin Durant‘s first nationally televised game in the NBA came against the Dallas Mavericks. To show the leader of the, at the time, upstart Thunder some solidarity, the entire OKC squad laced up the Nike KD II “Creamiscle”. The pair shined on ESPN and the team had their short time in the spotlight until the next year ordered a significantly larger portion of the Thunder’s games be in the national viewing slate. Since then, KD’s signature series has given us a near all-orange rendition almost every year. Last year’s KD 6 “Route 66” theme looks to be returning in the form of this safety orange Nike KD 7. KD-cohort Randy Williams took to his Instagram to showcase the pair, in which he stated was a PE for the Thunder’s game against the Bulls last night as OKC was going to don their alternate white sleeved jerseys for the first time at home. Durant was warming up, but sat out. We’d love to see the familiar aesthetic return before the playoffs though. What do you think? Check out the full photo below and stay tuned to see if this pair is indeed a PE or if we’ll finally get that orange colorway this year.
