Jordan Brand’s lifestyle push continues thanks to the Jordan Instigator. The Air Jordan 1 inspiration is rather apparent on the silhouette thanks to the overall structure and the simplistic midsole. After the experiment that was the Jordan Shine proved a bit too pricey for most sneakerheads, the Instigator leaves one with a much more accessible option. Featuring a patent leather toebox that then, in some form of gradient, transforms into a nubuck, the heel stands out thanks to a diamond like construction which reminds us all too much of the Kyrie 1. This ‘Wheat’ like colorway fits the overall off-the-court style, as what the brand is calling “Golden Tan” hits the silhouette throughout sans a white outsole.
