Among the several Drake-penned PEs of the Air Jordan Retros that surfaced last year was the Air Jordan 3 “Drake vs. Lil’ Wayne”, the Street Fighter-themed colorway that helped promote the two rappers’ tour last year. The only known photo came straight from Drake’s Instagram feed with no follow-up ever reported. We all knew that a release would never happen, although some hoped for some sort of giveaway like how the OVO Jordans were given away at Raptors games.
