Marty McFly wore the Nike Bruins in part one of Back to the Future, but these are a pair of Nike SB Dunks that the character would definitely get behind. With the release of the Nike Mag looming later this year complete with functioning power laces, Nike SB is ready to reference the hover boarding shoe in any way possible – and what better way than the seminal SB sneaker? This isn’t the first time that the Swoosh’s skateboarding imprint will have referenced the Mag colorway, as 2008’s Nike SB Zoom Tre “McFly” had the illuminating blue tint throughout in the familiar form of speckling to match the casual grey upper. Nike got creative on the insole as it represents McFly’s hover board (remember that legendary scene in BTTF2?). Stay tuned for more release information in the coming days and be sure to let us know if you’re a fan of the latest McFly Dunks in the comments section.
