With next year reportedly being Kobe Bryant‘s last season in the NBA complete with a Jeter-like farewell tour in place, the future of his Nike signature line remains a bit murky. Will the brand continue to release signatures for Kobe beyond his playing days or will they bring in some fresh blood to join Nike Basketball’s already-dominant lineup? For now the Nike Kobe 10 Elite continues to release in a new look for each round of the NBA Playoffs despite The Black Mamba’s absence, and here we see a rather McFlyian take on the silhouette. With a Wolf Grey flyknit upper that ditches the synthetic overlays for a truly lightweight ride when compared to last year’s model, a Light Retro bluish green shade hits the unique natural motion inclined outsole. Known as the ‘Elevate’ colorway, this Kobe 10 will release on May 15th for $225. Check out an updated look at the Kobe 10 Elite “Elevate” below and let us know what you think of Kobe’s latest colorway by taking your thoughts to our comments section.
