The Air Jordan 7 “Hare” finally arrives tomorrow, May 16th, 2015. The Air Jordan 7 continues to be one of the focal points of Jordan Brand’s 30th anniversary celebration in part because the model is celebrating its 23rd birthday in its own right. Before Space Jam, Jordan partnered with Warner Bros. for a series of TV ads featuring Bugs Bunny as Mike’s latest teammate. They even gave the cartoon character his very own colorway of the shoe they were trying to sell. The Hare Jordan 7 features a tongue with a splash of orange and green to nod at Bugs’ cigar-like obsession with carrots while the subtle white and grey upper allows for a Chicago-like True Red to stand out.
