One often forgets about adidas basketball‘s time in the limelight during the mid to late 90s. The brand had an eye for unique silhouettes that continued through the early aughts with the T-Mac signature line before entering what could be considered as somewhat of a dark age. Luckily Marvel’s The Avengers are here to shed light on the formidable models of yesteryear with four exclusive colorways. Iron Man’s red and gold armor gets a nod on the adidas Crazy 8 because Tony Stark is totally the Kobe of The Avengers. Captain America’s patriotic shield can be found on the adidas Crazy 97. The adidas T-Mac 1 sees the purple and green of Bruce Banner featured in a shiny patent leather, and Thor’s hammer and lightning motif graces the adidas Real Deal. Check out more photos below.
